His Royal Highness Prince of Asturias visits Torrecid Group´s booth at Cevisama 2014
His Royal Highness the Prince of Asturias, accompained by the President of the Generalitat, Alberto Fabra, and the Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism José Manuel Soria among other relevant personalities from the political and economic spheres, made an extensive visit at the Torrecid´s booth in the last edition of Cevisama.
During the visit, the President of Torrecid Group D. Federico Michavila Heras, showed them the stand that recreated an architect´s high standing housecompletely covered with decorated ceramics with the New Technologies of Digital decoration, creating unique, exclusive and very elegant atmospheres and spaces that make arise new sensations.
His Royal Highness was surprised and could see at the booth how innovations that Torrecid Group has implemented in the sector have provoked a radicalCHANGE in the ceramics, so that today we can speak about New XXI Century Ceramics: flexible, translucent, lightweight, with large formats… that has nothing to do with the ceramic market of years ago.
At the Fair there have been many visits of customers and architects from all over the world, who were able to observe how ceramics is the best and most complete material to be used as a coating.
For these reasons there are many tools, not only technical, but also aesthetical, than are given to architects and designers to convert the Ceramics as the reference material in the world of coatings, able to compete successfully with other materials such as wood, marble, natural stone or glass.
