The Torrecid Group, who has been present for first time at the Coverings Exhibition held in Las Vegas Convention Center, has been awarded with the prize from organization to the Best Booth for its creative proposal inspired by a social club with indoor and outdoor spaces, generating an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity thus allowing to develop the infinite possibilities of ceramic design.

An outdoor walkway formed by wood inspired floors and an exterior facade with “cement” effect allowed from the entry to feel all the strength of ceramics proposed by the Group. Inside of the booth, there were outstanding suggestions as translucent porcelain, marble, industrial materials and decorative ceramics.

“Ceramic is beauty… Ceramic is powerful,” said Torrecid CEO Federico Michavila Heras. “Designers and architects need to see the difference to create a new ambience and we need to provoke that.”
