SURCOTECH

Bright golds are solutions of precious metal containing organic compounds mixed with organometallic fluxes, organic solvents and resins.

The products fire to a film approximately 0.1 micron thick which is reflective without further treatment.

Surcotech offer a range of bright metallic products, they can be provided in a pigmented form for application over dark backgrounds.

Bright Gold is offered with metal contents in the range of 7 - 15%. Formulations contain tailored amounts of additives which affect fired film colour, adhesion, crack resistance and detergent resistance.

Bright white gold and Bright Platinum are offered with various ratios of precious metals which give total precious metal contents of between 6 and 15%.  The levels of additives are tailored to achieve optimum performance.
